Unity Constructions LLC uses SMS (A2P) messaging only to confirm and coordinate appointments. We do not send marketing messages. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
1. Who we are
These Terms apply to unityconstructions.com and to the SMS program of Unity Constructions LLC ("Unity Constructions", "we", "us"), a general contractor based in Houston, Texas. By using this website or by agreeing to receive our text messages, you accept these Terms.
2. SMS program: Unity Constructions Appointments
Our SMS program sends transactional messages related to appointments you request with us, for example:
- Confirmation of the date and time of a free estimate or site visit.
- Reminders before the appointment.
- Changes, rescheduling or cancellation of the appointment, and arrival notices from our crew.
We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this program.
3. How you opt in
You opt in when you give us your mobile number, through the free estimate form on this website, by phone or in person, and agree to receive appointment text messages from Unity Constructions. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
4. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments, usually a few messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
5. How to opt out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message (you can also use CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL). We will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive more messages unless you opt in again. To join again, reply START.
6. Help

7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and on your device being in coverage.

We handle your phone number and other information as described in our Privacy Policy. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
9. Estimates and website content
Estimates requested through this website are free and do not create a contract. The scope, price and schedule of any work are agreed in a separate written agreement. Photos and descriptions on this website show the kind of work we do and may include sample images.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

La frecuencia de los mensajes varía según sus citas, normalmente unos pocos mensajes por cita. Pueden aplicarse tarifas de mensajes y datos según su plan de celular.

9. Presupuestos y contenido de la web
Los presupuestos que se piden en esta web son gratis y no crean un contrato. El alcance, el precio y las fechas de cualquier trabajo se acuerdan en un contrato por escrito aparte. Las fotos y descripciones de esta web muestran el tipo de trabajo que hacemos y pueden incluir imágenes de ejemplo.
10. Cambios y ley aplicable
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. La fecha de arriba indica la versión vigente. Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Texas.
